Welcome to The Pelican Isle Master Association Website

The Pelican Isle Master Association is responsible for coordination between the Pelican Isle Yacht Club and the Residences’ Board. It has representatives from the The Residences at Pelican Isle Condominium Association and the Pelican Isle Yacht Club. The Master Association manages the following activities:

· Privacy Services: Our Gatehouse and Patrol

· Maintenance: This includes roads, curbs, pathways, seawalls, water/sewer, streetlights, gatehouse, etc.

· Landscaping: The administration of island-wide maintenance contracts such as lawn, trees, mangroves, and shrubs. This includes coordination with the landscaping of the Residences and Yacht Club.

· Landscape and Exterior Architectural Guidelines and Control to provide a consistent look and feel on the island.
